kevin & Teresa Pickup
Kevin is the Lead Pastor of Restoration Church in Oxford. They joined the church in March 2025 after feeling led to move to the area. They have three children; Izzi, Rhys and Scarlett. Kevin is an Ordained Minister with Elim Pentecosatal Church and received his ordination in 2016. He also works for the Evangelical Alliance as a Regional Unity Champion.
In 2016, Kevin, Teresa and two of their three children moved to the Basque Country in the South West region of France and served as Elim Missionaries from 2016 to 2019. They had a vision to build a Prayer room/church in Biarritz and two home churches, in Bayonne and the interior of the Basque Country – all of which were achieved, by the grace of God!
The family returned to Cornwall in 2019 and Kevin took on the role of Lead Pastor of Gateway Church in North Cornwall. In 2020, Kevin was also invited to became Elim Southern Regional Coordinator, working alongside the Regional Leader, to help support 55+ Elim churches in the region. Kevin has a big pastoral heart and views people as Jesus sees them; free, whole and redeemed. He has a passion and vision to raise people up to their full potential in Christ, believing everyone has a purpose and call under heaven.
Teresa has a strong prophetic edge and loves worship. Teresa was born in Oxford and grew up in a small rural village near Newbury in Berkshire. Teresa loves exploring, praying and walking the family dog.
Delroy & Karen McCarthy
Delroy and Karen are a part of the leadership team at Resoration Church. Delroy is a military man and a gifted administrator, whilst Karen is a care worker and a gifted communicator. They have two children named Jonathan and Delecia.
Delroy and Karen are spiritual leaders who firmly believe in the transformative work of prayer and that through Christ's death and resurrection believers have victory in every facet of their lives. They both function as lay preachers at Restoration Church, whilst Delroy also assists in organisation and administration, in addition to heading up Restoration Wanderers, the church football team.
Festo Magiri
Festo is part of the leadership team at Restoration Church. He is a respectable, hard working man who likes to follow sports in his spare time. He is happily married to his wife, Grace.
Festo provides pastoral care to those at Restoration Church. He functions as a lay preacher and assists in the governance of the church through serving on the leadership team.
